IT IS THE 'PEOPLE' THAT ARE IMPORTANT.

Yes. . . I sure do enjoy selling residential real estate. I like my work and all the tasks I do to assist my clients . . . but it is the people that make my work so interesting and enjoyable.

I consider it a privilege to work with people when they are making such a major decision as changing where they live.  I appreciate the fact that when someone changes their home they are not only changing their daily routines but they are probably changing their major investment.  I am so pleased to help, to offer them the information they need to make their decisions.

Moving should be exciting and fun but it can be stressful and a whole lot of hard work. That is where I go to work for my people.  I apply all my knowledge and experience to each of my transactions to keep the moving experience positive.  Taking care of my clients' interests is my strength!  Knowing what needs to be done when and who to call keeps the process running smoothly.

A Realtor needs knowledge of the market and the industry; business skills and organization; drive, energy and discipline plus personal strengths and character to be fully effective in her service to her clients . . . and "best service" is my goal.

About me:  I have worked full-time as a Realtor since 1992 and have enjoyed sales success and personal compliments from the many sellers and buyers I have helped. Selling residential real estate is a challenge. It is hard work but it has its rewards - particularly in the people I meet, the friends I have made. Prior to real estate, I was a Pharmacist who enjoyed a career in retail, hospital and industry. I returned to university and earned a Master of Business degree from the University of Calgary. I took a major in marketing and it was that interest that took me into real estate sales. I believe it is my both my education and my business experience that makes me a better Realtor.

My continuing success:  

The changes in the business practices of the industry over the past few years have been driven by new technology: computers and the Internet. I have kept up with those changes so that I can be effective and competitive in my work.  My people benefit.   

I continue to give each one of my people my full attention.  From the signing of their contract with me as their listing agent to the completion of their possession, I am there working on every detail with them.  Every aspect of a purchase by one of my buyers gets my attention.
